I offer a range of options from face-to-face counselling if you are local to Southend-on-Sea and a range of remote services. Please see below for the best option for you:

Face-to-Face Counselling

If you live in Southend-on-Sea, or the surrounding areas, you will be able to book face-to-face counselling.

Remote Counselling

After the initial 15-minute free consultation, we can discuss the best options for you. I can deliver counselling sessions by telephone or video platforms, such as Zoom or Teams, at a mutually agreeable time.

Counselling tutoring

I am a Counselling Lecturer, and I have taught on the CPCAB and AIMS Qualifications in Counselling courses. I have an excellent record of ensuring learners meet the requirement for their courses.
